  Nor am I able to proceed with any treatment for my condition as result of no report forwarded to my GP thus I continue with considerable discomfort and pain. I now consulted another Urologist, one interested in patient's welfare.

  After procedures at your Clinic at Bega I became badly infected and suffered for number of weeks as I received no specific instructions.

  Poor (NO) communication, try talking with the doctor! ALL communication vetted by practice manager. Practice manager/nurse/secretary dangerous and impossible to deal with, proudly boasted that one patient told her "I hope you get killed in a car smash!". Persuaded into very expensive procedure at my cost in private hospital, spent my life savings on an unsuccessful procedure to be told AFTERWARDS that I was not a suitable candidate! Trial of void by above nurse told me to hold for 4 hours and of course could not pee because of excess contents in bladder. Urologist then told me I had exceeded the "window" where if you exceed bladder content over 400ml your bladder is now damaged, maybe permanently! 4 trips to ER to drain bladder over Christmas/NY. Now stuck with indwelling catheter for 9 months and seeking someone who knows his urological practice to repair the damage caused by this practice. Won't even refer me to an incontinence clinic for advice. Wouldn't send my incontinent dog to this practice! Only ticked 1 star because I can't go lower! Would have given 0 if possible. Maybe the Health Complaints Commission will hear of this soon.

  Gerry O'H....Batemans Bay. Also changed Urologist. Don't go to this Practice for proper care.
