  Never ever again....buying a vehicle from them and getting a breakdown of costing for taxation purposes made pulling teeth look easy. I suspect it to be because we ended up paying far too much money for our vehicle, couldn't get the exact one we ordered and gave up too easily. GO TO EDEN ! The one star was that our salesgirl Isabella was very pleasant but above her, jerks.....

  I'll be seeking a local company to extend this warranty but I haven't dealt with such unprofessional people in my life.

  Buying the vehicle was fine...Trying to extend third part warranty after the 3 years horrible. A whole bunch of promised call backs which never took place and emails not being responded to, They tell me to call their supplier to buy the warranty direct from the warranty wholesaler. I finally find out they don't deal with the public.

  Once I called up to see if I can have another go at getting TarraMotors to execute an extended warranty, the woman was quite rude as if my request was a massive inconvenience to them.

  I had asked for the terms and conditions to the extended warranty which they had quoted in around 4 words. I was told that they were only in booklet format and that "not everything is in digital...". As it turns out, I called to the warranty manufacturer and and got the T&Cs sent over in 5 minutes. The warranty could not be executed apparently because I needed to sign the booklet in store. The store is 1.5 hours away from me.
